  2. Originality and Innovation
Does the poster present new ideas, approaches, or solutions in the field? Is the work innovative?
  3. Quality of Research
Is the research methodology sound, and does the data presented support the conclusions?
  4. Clarity and Visual Organization
Is the content of the poster clear, well-structured, and easy to understand? Is the visual layout organized?
  5. Practical Implications & Contribution to the Field

Each criterion will be assessed on a scale from 1 – 4, as outlined below:

  • 1 (Poor): The poster does not meet expectations for this criterion.
  • 2 (Fair): The poster meets the criterion to a limited extent, with significant room for improvement.
  • 3 (Good): The poster meets the criterion adequately but may still have minor issues.
  • 4 (Very Good): The poster meets the criterion very well, with only a few minor improvements needed.

Final Score (Equation):

Relevance to Conference Themes*0.1 + Originality and Innovation*0.25 + Quality of Research*0.2 + Clarity and Organization*0.25 + Practical Implications & Contribution to the Field*0.2

= 5*0.1 + 5*0.25 + 5*0.2 + 5*0.25 + 5*0.2

Final Score < 2.5   Paper Rejected Final Score ≥ 2.5   Paper Accepted
